Why we exist

Government school students in Bihar deserve a real shot at quality education. We make NCERT textbooks available in plain language, for free, on a low-data website - and approved educators answer your questions when you get stuck.
Our Mission
Government school students in Bihar are bright and capable, but they lack access to good resources. Bachaika is an attempt to close that gap - free, designed to work on low-data connections, and available in Hindi (the language students are most comfortable in).
How it works
- Content: Aligned with NCERT textbooks, written in plain language.
- Educators: Volunteer teachers and tutors author content and answer questions.
- Asking questions: Students can send a photo of their homework or type out a question.
- Free, forever: No fees, no advertising.
